Customer
satisfaction is our goal!. However, we will be happy to refund or
exchange any item, if you are not happy with your purchase, within
the timeframes and conditions mentioned below.
Within 30 days of the receipt
of your order, you may return any item in new condition, in its original
carton or packaging with all parts. Goods must be unopened to receive
a refund. If your order was sent via Free Shipping and you return the order, we will refund you full amount minus actual shipping cost for your shipment.
We do not accept any returned if items is opened or used. Defective items will be exchanged for the
exact same item only. Shipping charges will be refunded if we made
an error with your order. Any item which is personalized or stuffed animals are not returnable unless toyscamp.com made an error on the order.
To return an item, you must
contact us , indicating the reason for your return
along with the ToysCamp order number and date of purchase. Send package only after acknowledgement from Toyscamp.com whether item requires to send us back or not.
If the order has been shipped
but you have not yet received it, you can refuse the order upon delivery
(it will save you a second shipping charge). Otherwise, wrap the package
securely and send it to the address below. For your protection, we
recommend that you use UPS/FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment (a
traceable shipping method to insure your package does not get lost).

in a 15% restocking fee.
**Shipping will be charged for items that are returned because of
defect that do not actually have a defect.
Refunds
Our fulfillment center
will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an online
gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Online
gift certificates will be issued for gift returns. Refunds will be
issued within 15 days upon receipt of returned merchandise. If you have any questions,

Packing
and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return
to us in just a few simple steps.
- Pack the items along with
the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box
the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
- Affix the shipping label to
the outside of the box.
- Leave the package for your
mail carrier to pick up if call tag is issue othewise dropoff your package at mail carrier counter.
You will be responsible for the
shipping cost of the return items unless it was not due to our error. We
will refund your shipping cost if return was due to our error. Please
send us email after you send us the return package and we will refund
you the full shipping cost to your credit card.
