Wondering about an order you've already placed? Visit the order summary in "Order Status".
If you placed the order with Toyscamp.com, we estimate shipment and delivery dates, based upon the availability of the items you ordered and the shipping options you selected. Shipping date estimates will appear in the "Order Status" page. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the relevant order summary in "Order Status" page.
What One-Day, Two-Days and Three-Days Shipping Mean
If you select One-Day Shipping, Two-Days, Three-Days Shipping for an order you place with Toyscamp.com, you will not receive your order in one or two days. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you in the "Order Status" Page, taking both shipping time and item availability into consideration.
Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day, Two-Day or Three-Days Shipping. If you order an item with 24-hour availability and select One-Day Shipping, the item will usually ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business day--two business days total. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via One-Day shipping, may not be processed by the carrier until Monday. In such a case, the order would be delivered on Tuesday.
What Does "Record Not Found" Mean
When you track the progress of your order via "Order Status" with "Track your package" link, you might see one of the following terms in the order summary: "Record Not Found". These terms tell you that we are in the process of delivering your order to the carrier's local center. This is often the most efficient way for us to get your order to you. Once the carrier receives your order, they will deliver it to you, providing whatever further details they can along the way. You can always see all available shipment details by visiting the order summary in "order Status" page. Please note: if your order is shipped via FedEx, UPS, your FedEx, UPS tracking number will not work until we have delivered the order to the local FedEx, UPS center.
Saving our customers money on shipping is our goal. To ensure the lowest cost to you, we use complex logic to calculate shipping costs based on carrier,weight, and the location the package is being shipped to. This way, the shipping cost we charge you is the same price we pay our shipping carrier. (Our preferred shipping carriers are: FedEx, UPS, and USPS).

>Tracking Your Package
We send you shipping confirmation email once your package has been shipped to you. If you have received shipping confirmation email, please go to our website http://www.toyscamp.com and click on image "Order Status" located on top right corner on any page of our website. You will be brought to our order status page. Enter your Email address( same email as you have used while you have placed the order) and order # for the package you like to track. You will see "Track your packages" button in next screen. Please click on button "Track your packages" and it will bring you to appropriate carrier website (e.g. FedEx, UPS or USPS) and give you the tracking result. If you see package not found result than please wait until next day since we send you the confirmation as soon as we ship the package but in reality package does not go in carrier's system until next day. All PO BOX addresses shipped via USPS. USPS do not provide tracking # in most cases. So if you order has been shipped via USPS than please wait until our estimated delivery time to package arrive. Still if you cannot track you package, please use following information to track you packages..

Toys Camp has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Geographical Shipping Restrictions
Due to warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions, we are not able to ship all products to all geographical locations. Below are some general guidelines. Please also check the product information pages for any other applicable item-specific shipping restrictions.
Toys, games, and video games can be shipped only to locations within the U.S., U.S. protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses.
All PO BOX addresses will be shipped only via USPS mail. In most cases USPS mail is untrackable. We will unable to provide you tracking information on any package sent to PO BOX address.
Shipping to Prisons
Toyscamp.com delivers to penitentiaries, but we strongly suggest that you contact the prison first, to confirm that they accept deliveries and to understand any special regulations the prison might have. Some prisons do not allow delivery of any hard cover toys. Others place a limit on the number of items contained in a package.
We are unable to affix any special labels or instructions to the packages and on the outside will indicate only the destination address, our company name, and our return address. We also cannot allow gifts to be sent anonymously to inmates; the sender's billing address will appear on the order invoice.
Because inmates cannot sign for deliveries, packages need to be sent via USPS Mail. You can specifically request USPS Mail on an order-by-order basis by special notes. While we cannot guarantee a specific shipper, we will do our best to fulfill your request.
