What is the benefit of setting up an account?

How do I change my password?
It's simple. Just go to "My Account." Click on "Member Info" to update your password. If you haven't already signed in, you'll be asked to sign in with your e-mail account and current password. (If you've forgotten
your password, just click on "If you've forgotten your password, please click here", and we'll e-mail it to you right away. For more information on forgetting your password in checkout, please read below.)
After you've signed in, you'll come to a screen that gives you the option to change your password and e-mail address. Simply fill in the fields and select "Update Your Information" when you're done. That's all -- now don't forget to return to shopping!

How do I submit a product review?
If you would like to write and submit a review for one of our products, go to the desired product's detail page, which is the page with the larger product image and longer description. At the bottom of that page, click on the "Would you like to review this product?" link.
You will be taken to our Customer Comments page where you will be able to enter your feedback on that product.
Please be sure to complete all the required fields. Also, you should pay particular attention to our guidelines as we will not post inappropriate or unrelated remarks. When your review is complete, click the "Submit" button.
Assuming your review is accepted, it will be posted within seven business days. You will receive an e-mail notice letting you know when your review has been posted or if your review was declined.

How do I place an order?
When you have chosen your particular product, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. Clicking this button will place the item in your shopping cart and take you to your cart. At that point, you can continue shopping or proceed with checkout. When
you have finished adding items to your cart and you have made any necessary selections (e.g., choosing a size), click the "Checkout Now" button and follow the directions for completing your transaction.
Does my browser need to be set to "accept cookies" to place an order?
Yes. Your browser has to accept cookies to place an order with us. Generally, browsers accept cookies by default. However, you may need to change your settings to enable cookies if you're experiencing problems in the ordering process.

What if I prefer not to place my order online?

5:00 pm EST Saturday and 10:00 to 2:00 pm EST on Sunday. Alternatively you
can send us your order .
Please do not send any credit card information via email. We will call you
for your credit card information.
Can I redeem more than one coupon code per order?
We're sorry, we only allow one coupon code offer per order. You will be asked to enter your coupon code during checkout.
I want to place an order with a coupon that requires a minimum order value. Are there products or services that do not count toward the minimum?
Gift Certificates and applicable taxes, duties and shipping do not apply toward the minimum order value associated with our coupon codes.
How much shipping and handling will I pay?
ToysCamp.com uses its shipping charges on complex logic. Heavy items are
calculated based on weight and other item are calculated based on total
item cost. We use complex logic to make fair shipping charge to our
customer. Please assure that we are very reasonable on shipping charges to
our customer. We do not intent to make any money on shipping charges.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard shipping takes only 3-7 business days. Express delivery takes 1
Business day ( 1 day option) 2 business days (2 days option) and 3
business days for (3 Days option) if your order is placed by 1:00 pm EST.
Please note that all this delivery time is calculated one day after we
ship the order. Shipping carrier starts processing your package next
business day after we ship the order. Shipping carrier and we are closed
on National holidays.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
Yes, you can make changed to your order once order has been place if order
has not be already shipped to you. We do not allow order to be changed
online. Please send us the email with item Id to be added or deleted from
your order. We will send you revised order confirmation. We process our
most order within 24 hours if item is not backordered.
How do I place an international order?
We accept order to Canada, Denmark, England. All international order will
required to pay actual shipping cost. We make our full effort to minimize
shipping cost to you. We will send you email with estimated shipping cost
for your approval before we ship the order. There after we charge only
actual shipping cost to you which could be higher or less than estimated
approved cost.
Can I make a purchase order online?
We are unable to fill purchase orders online at this time. However, we are more than happy to process your purchase order by phone, fax or mail. Please fax your purchase order to the number

What is ToysCamp.com tax policy?
ToysCamp.com is required by law to charge 7% tax on orders shipped to the New
Jersey (NJ) State. For all other state in USA do not get any sales tax.
The tax amount is calculated on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges, and will be based on state and local sales tax rates for the shipping address.
When is my credit card charged after I've placed a backorder?
Your card is charged when the backordered item becomes available and
shipped. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, you will initially be charged only for the in-stock portion of your order. The backordered portion is charged to your account
when the item or items become available and shipped.
Price Match Policy
Do you match lower price from other online store
Yes. We match
price from any other competitors website for the exact same item with
following restrictions:
1) Item has to be the exact same to match the price.
2) We match price on final total including shipping
cost from other site to our site. e.g. if our competitor's price for the
item is $14.00 + $6.00 (shipping) = $20.00 and our price is $16.00 +
$5.00(shipping) = $21.00 then you are subject to get $1.00 refund from us.
Same rule applies with our Free shipping items.
3) We do not match price with out of stock item with
our competitors. Our competitors has to have item in stock

What if I saw lower price on some other online store. How do I
receive low price from your website ?

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, e-mail us or call us
973-989-7776. For items
in stock, our goal is to process and ship your order as soon as possible. But if you contact us right away, we may be able to stop shipment on your order.
How do I exchange or return an item?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, Please
send us the email to exchange or return and item. Please note that
customer will pay return shipping cost for any item which is not damaged
or incorrect delivered item. Also, customer will pay for the shipping cost
for delivery to you if item is strictly exchange.
What if my product arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please

We will send a FedEx/UPS carrier to your home to pick up the product at no extra cost to you.
